On I-91 take Exit 12 "Washington Ave. RT 5." At end of ramp, turn left onto Washington Avenue. Turn left at second street (Monroe St.) and park in the rear of the three floor office building at the corner.  The building is just before Dunkin Donuts. Enter in the rear. We are on the lower level.
